Shipping policy

Please email us at shopturquoisechandelier@gmail.com to start a return, and also let us know if you would prefer an exchange or store credit. 

Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees. Please use UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Once returns are received, they will be processed in 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit.
